Settlers in the West Bank are investing in solar farms to sell electricity to Israel’s grid but the Israeli Civil Administration, which supports the settlements, places significant obstacles before Palestinians wanting to access electricity and Palestinians hoping to benefit from solar electricity have seen their installations damaged by vandals and threatened with destruction by Israeli authorities.
