Israel seized Palestinian family's East Jerusalem land behind its back, gave it to settler NGO – Nir Hasson – Haaretz 09.05.16
Documents reveal that the state used bureaucratic machinations to deliver land that didn’t belong to it to a settler NGO. Palestinian family has lodged appeal to Supreme Court after Jerusalem District Court rejected their petition.
