More than a decade ago, then editor of the Australian Jewish News, Ashley Browne, cooked up the concept for a new podcast: conversations with successful and interesting people from across the Melbourne Jewish community. The concept never saw the light of day. But living through a pandemic – and multiple lockdowns – has afforded this seasoned journalist the time to have those conversations. A Lap of Caulfield Park, introduces women and men making an impact in everything from football to fashion. The series explores the subject’s achievements and setbacks, as well as their influences and motivations. These intimate conversations – released fortnightly – are the perfect companion for your daily walk – or lap of Caulfield Park.
