Daniel Thompson, whose machine Industrialized bagel production, dies at 94 – Tablet Magazine 22.09.15
Nearly fifty years later after Henry Ford introduced the world to the moving assembly line as he unveiled the Model T, Thompson patented the Thompson Bagel Machine, beckoning an era of pre-packaged bagels.
