High Court: Haredi parties must explain why women are banned from party lists – Jeremy Sharon – The Jerusalem Post 30.10.16
Petitioners, including WIZO, are requesting the High Court either to order the Haredi parties directly to abolish the clauses in their party regulations or to require the Party Registrar to do so.
