Israel’s latest travel ban law has been criticised as anti-democratic and counterproductive by opposition Knesset members and by Israeli human rights NGOs and US pro-Israel organisations, including the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), Adalah-the Legal Centre for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, B’Tselem, the Anti-Defamation League, the American Jewish Committee, Ameinu, J Street, Americans for Peace Now, T’ruah-the Rabbinic Call for Human Rights and the New Israel Fund.

While I oppose boycotting Israel as a whole, I support boycotting Israeli settlements, which I believe threaten Israel’s moral character and its long-term survival.
