There is extensive evidence of the existence of the Jewish Temples, including from non-Jewish sources. The Temple Mount Sifting Project has added to it by retrieving hundreds of thousands of artifacts dating to the First and Second Jewish Temple periods and onwards, including Christian and Muslim era artifacts that were discarded in an excavation by Muslim authorities in 1999.
