Israel legalises hundreds of West Bank settler homes – The Times of Israel 31.10.15
Move retroactively authorises structures already built in several Jewish settlements across Green Line. Yesha Council head: ‘Unfortunately, it’s just a confirmation of existing buildings in older programs. We look forward … to a construction boom and new settlements.’  Israel last announced new settlements in July when the government authorized 300 new homes to be built in Beit El in the central West Bank.
