Israel to negotiate with Palestinian prisoners to end hunger strike – i24News 12.05.17
The hunger strike commenced on 17 April and has been supported by demonstrations across the West Bank. Israel said initially it would not negotiate with the prisoners. Last week a fasting prisoner was hospitalised and one demonstrator reportedly killed by the IDF.
